SKULLS

I can't help it... I'm drawing skulls again... I've been leaving the subject as "inherently" part of the recent work I've been doing, like... it's implied there's the sentiment of skull and bones there without having to actually RENDER anything, it's always been there, so lets just move on, move forward... but these days I just can't help myself... there's a lot of power in that sort of imagery. Expect some serious skullery by the end of the summer...

I've been in Toronto for the month, although much of the time I've been up north at my family cottage in the Kawarthas making work and roasting marshmallows etc, and I will leave this wednesday to head back to school upstate NY, and so the work that I've done, which I'd like you to come see, will be on display at Niall and Jeremy's (New Jersey) this Tues.
